Overview

  • Developed an AI-powered platform that recommends suitable neighborhoods by analyzing users' lifestyle preferences and regional data.
  • Designed a personalized recommendation framework using 16 residential indicators, including transportation, employment, education and childcare, healthcare, housing safety, and living infrastructure.
  • Applied persona-based weighting for different user groups, such as young single-person households in their twenties and thirties, families with children, and active seniors, to reflect differing residential priorities.
  • Integrated public and spatial data sources, including open APIs from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, Statistics Korea spatial data, map APIs, and local POI data, to assess neighborhood suitability.
  • Built an MVP that provides natural-language preference input, personalized neighborhood matching scores, adjustable importance weights, and AI-generated recommendation explanations.
  • Focused on shifting the conventional real-estate search experience from "finding available properties" to "finding the neighborhood that best fits the individual."

The project was developed as part of the Summer AI Hackathon.

Overview

  • Operated an interactive booth that generated personalized reading reports by analyzing visitors' library loan records, including their reading patterns, areas of interest, and changes over time.
  • Developed the service in response to growing demand for personalized reading analytics alongside the expansion of reading education, book clubs, and related services.
  • Designed the reports to support reading guidance and career exploration for students while helping adult readers better understand their interests and reading preferences.

Overview

  • Developed Perphommelier AI, a web-based platform for users who found it difficult to choose a perfume for themselves or as a gift.
  • Designed the platform to recommend a suitable perfume based on users' MBTI, zodiac sign, preferred mood, and personal preferences, matching these inputs with the characteristics and scent profiles of the fragrance ingredients used in each perfume.
  • Designed the experience for entertainment rather than scientific personality analysis.
  • Used in-house-developed perfumes.

  • Developed a photo-based music recommendation platform.
  • Operated an interactive pop-up booth featuring acrylic music frames that play recommended songs when scanned.

  • Addressed a business challenge presented by HelloWorld Robotics through the 2025 Evidence-Based Entrepreneurship Program in Malaysia.
  • Explored B2B and B2C market opportunities for HelloWorld Robotics' entry into the South Korean market.

  • Defined operational and customer problems affecting local retailers and older adults.
  • Conducted customer research and hypothesis validation to assess market needs.
  • Developed a senior-focused "Follow Me" autonomous robot service concept.
  • Evaluated operational feasibility using a risk matrix covering terrain suitability, walking-speed adaptation, infrastructure constraints, and technology acceptance.
